Sisodia Rani ka Bagh is located at a distance of 10 km from “Jaipur”, the pink city of Rajasthan. In 1728, the garden was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh IInd as a gift to his second wife, Sisodia Rani. It is known as Rani Bagh Jaipur and Sisodiya Place.
Sisodia Rani ka Bagh is an illustrated example of Radha-Krishna’s love story. Radha-Krishna’s paintings on the walls of the Garden and the description of his love story truly reflect the essence of eternal love and unending love.

The garden was build in 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh IInd as a gift to his second wife, Sisodia Rani. Sisodia was a princess of Udaipur and belonged to the family of Suryavanshi kings of Mewar. Sisodia Rani grew up in the natural environment of Udaipur and was a nature lover.
Sawai Jai Singh IInd made this beautiful garden in the lap of nature for Sisodia Rani as a gift. The garden is fill with a variety of plant species, lush green trees and shrubs, colorful and fragrant flowers, and murals.
The love that Kanha had for Radha was the same love that Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh had for his second queen, Sisodia. The walls of the garden are decorated with Radha-Krishna paintings and their love stories, which symbolize that love.
This garden, built in the lap of nature, beautifully describes the story of royal love. It was only after presenting this garden to Sisodia Rani as a gift that the garden got its name, Sisodia Rani Bagh.

This royal garden is a beautiful example of a mixture of traditional Indian design style and Mughal style. Natural waterfalls and temples dedicate to Lord Shiva, Vishnu, and Hanuman are also build in the area adjacent to this royal garden.
After entering this garden, one first sees a very beautiful palace, which is build at the foot of the hill. To reach this garden, the palace has a window on one side of the road that has been build.
The walls of this palace are depicting beautiful portraits of eternal lovers and Radha-Krishna. It is build on three floors on the lower side of the royal palace and Bagh hill.
Descending from the first third floor of the palace then on the second floor of the palace where two chhatris have been made on both sides and there is a big chhatra in the middle. as well as a marble seat, has been made for the tourists and visitors to sit here. On the floor below the second floor of the palace, there are fountains in a square area. There is a pedestrian walk around the fountains.
A very beautiful garden has been construct on the ground floor of the last floor of the palace. In the middle of this beautiful garden, the flare is form as a group, which makes it more beautiful. This Shahi Bagh is consider to be one of the most beautiful gardens ever build.

How to reach Sisodia Bagh Ka Bagh
This royal Sisodia Rani Bagh is located on the Jaipur-Agra road, about 10 km away from the Jaipur city of Rajasthan, at the foothills of the Aravalli hill. The garden is located 10 km from Jaipur railway station and 14 km from the airport. It takes about half an hour to reach the garden from this route.
It can be reach from the Transport Nagar intersection of Jaipur in the east through the pier of Ghat. Local low-floor minibusses and taxis are easily available from Jaipur to reach Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh.
